Orton Gillingham Reading Program Overview The Learning Disabilities Association of CNY offers the Orton Gillingham Reading Program Overview. The training program provides teachers and other interested individuals with the necessary tools to teach students using multi-sensory, phonetically based, structured and sequential language approach. Basic principles, lesson planning and methods to integrate Whole Language are included. All participants are encouraged to work with one student utilizing the methods being taught as clinical application for the overview.
