Pathways provides job placement services to adults with learning disabilities that require short-term assistance in their job search and retention.  This program assist individuals to seek employment opportunities in which they will be more likely to find success.  Pathways empowers individuals to utilize their strengths and develop tools that assist them in obtaining their employment objectives.  Services that are provided vary in range depending on the level of assistance that each individual needs.
